Train the Trainer

Arcturus offers a hands on curriculum of training and capacity building to its government, law enforcement and private companies clients. The real life experience and belief that independent, well-trained, self sufficient forces are the only method to succeed – Arcturus has put a main focus on the “Train the Trainer” models of training.

Arcturus believes dependency is failure – To avoid that the programs create a local cadre of instructors from within the trained units to enable continuity and a linear graph of constant improvement and success in operational missions.
